A learner will have this message appear if they try to log in before being attached to a team.
If they are not attached to a team, they will not be able to benefit from your offer.
To be attached to the proper team, your learner must follow the following steps:
- Click Join My Team in the invitation email received.
- Click on Register at the top right of the login page.
- Indicate his surname, first name and his e-mail address (the one on which he received the invitation).
- Once these steps are completed, the learner should be able to access his account. He will also receive a summary email containing his login information.
