If your student is having difficulty moving forward in his training, do not hesitate to ask them what they would need to overcome these difficulties:
- Do they have enough weekly time to work on their training?
- Do they have well identified days to work on their training?
- Are there any distribustances that may be impacting their professional projects during their training?
- Are they still motivated by the training?
- Have they encountered difficulties in obtaining technical answers for their project?
- Do they have an internal resource or mentor, that can be assist the student when questions arise?
- Are they checking the OpenClassrooms Workplace community for help?
- Have they communicated their difficulties to OpenClassrooms if applicable?
We recommend that you organize a weekly check-point with your student in order to make sure he has what he needs to move on. Your role is important!
