My student requests an enrollment proof. How can they obtain it?

If the student is enrolled in a diploma degree path, they have the option to obtain an enrollment proof.

In order to obtain an enrollment proof, the student must follow the instructions below:

1. Click on their avatar at the top right of the screen, then click on Setting
2. Open the Premium tab
3. click on the “Download Proof of Enrollment”
4. download the certificate in PDF format

If the button “Download Proof of Enrollment” does not appear, the student must wait because it will appear 14 days after the enrollment.

The certificate/ proof can be available to the student only after the legal withdrawal period from the training.

Furthermore, the profile’s information (such as the first name, last time and the birth date) must be correctly filled in. In order to correct any information, the student must follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the avatar on the top right of the screen, then click on “Settings”,
2. Open the “Profile” tab,
3. Click on “Edit”,
4. Edit the information and do not forget the save the changes at the bottom of the page.
